From ship’s pre arrival through to sailing our care and attention is paid to:

• Flawless fulfilment of all instructions of the customer
• Soonest berthing of the ship
• Assistance to the Master and Crew in arrangement of Customs and Immigration formalities
• Supply of the ship with bunker, high-quality provision and fresh water
• Arrangement and monitoring of repairs
• Customs clearance of spare parts dispatched from abroad and their delivery on board alongside the berth or roads
• Arranging of the crew change, Customs & Immigration formalities
  Crew pick-up/delivery to the vessel  
• arranging of medical assistance to the crew members
• Timely arranging of the sailing formalities for vessel’s departure upon completion of cargo operations
